Commercial Insurance That Actually Fits

Every policy I recommend is built around your specific business — not a generic package pulled off a shelf.

What I Do

I work exclusively with small business owners to find, structure, and manage commercial insurance coverage. That means I know the risks you face, the gaps most policies miss, and how to get you properly protected without overpaying.

01

General Liability

Your first line of defense.

Covers third-party claims for bodily injury, property damage, and advertising injury. If a customer slips in your store or you accidentally damage a client's property, general liability steps in. It's the foundation of any business insurance plan — and often required by landlords and contracts.

Good for:Retail, contractors, consultants, service businesses
02

Business Owner's Policy (BOP)

Two essential coverages, one smart package.

A BOP bundles general liability and commercial property insurance into a single, cost-effective policy. It's designed for small to mid-sized businesses and typically costs less than buying each coverage separately. I'll help you determine if a BOP is the right fit or if you need standalone policies.

Good for:Offices, retail shops, restaurants, small service businesses
03

Workers' Compensation

Protect your people — and your business.

If an employee is injured or becomes ill because of their job, workers' comp covers their medical expenses and lost wages. It also protects your business from lawsuits related to workplace injuries. Required by law in most states the moment you hire your first employee.

Good for:Any business with employees
04

Commercial Auto

Your personal auto policy won't cover this.

If you or your employees drive for business purposes — deliveries, client visits, job sites — you need commercial auto coverage. Personal auto policies typically exclude business use. I'll make sure your vehicles and drivers are properly covered, whether it's one truck or a full fleet.

Good for:Contractors, delivery services, field service businesses
05

Professional Liability (E&O)

When your advice is your product.

Also called Errors & Omissions insurance. If a client claims your professional advice, service, or work caused them financial harm — even if you did nothing wrong — professional liability covers your legal defense and any settlements. Essential for anyone who provides expertise for a fee.

Good for:Consultants, accountants, designers, IT professionals, real estate agents
06

Cyber Liability

Data breaches happen to small businesses too.

Covers the costs of a data breach or cyberattack — including notification expenses, credit monitoring for affected customers, legal fees, and business interruption losses. If you store customer data, accept credit cards, or rely on digital systems, this coverage is no longer optional.

Good for:E-commerce, healthcare, professional services, any business handling customer data
07

Commercial Property

Protect what you've built.

Covers your building, equipment, inventory, and other physical assets against fire, theft, vandalism, and certain weather events. Whether you own or lease your space, commercial property insurance ensures a loss doesn't shut you down permanently.

Good for:Retail, restaurants, warehouses, offices with equipment
08

Umbrella & Excess Liability

Extra protection when the unexpected is very expensive.

An umbrella policy kicks in when your underlying liability limits are exhausted. It's one of the most cost-effective ways to significantly increase your coverage — often adding $1M or more in protection for a relatively small premium.

Good for:Businesses with higher risk exposure or contractual requirements
